I started CrossFit back in 2013 and immediately fell in love with the constant challenge and variety that it gave my workout routine every day. The community that is built around suffering together is a highlight as well.
As I’ve learned the CrossFit methodology and refined my movement I really enjoy supporting others fitness journeys and teaching people what I’ve learned. I’m always happy to talk about methodology, nutrition, weightlifting or anything fitness related.
