Goal is to maintain as small a difference between efforts as possible. Track every 500 time (all 12) and score will be the difference between your fastest and your slowest.
Ex 1:48 as the fastest and 2:06 as the slowest, score will be :18
Scale to 400m if your pace is near 2:30/500m
