In as few sets as possible, complete 75 overhead squats at 115/80lb.
Shoot for a weight you can hit at least 10-15 reps in a set. If you have a great ohs, shoot for 135/95.
Score the ohs sets as minutes. 4 sets would be 4 minutes, 10 sets would be 10 minutes.
