Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 burpee box jumps, 20 inches
155/105-lb. squat cleans, 10 reps
practice gymnastics skills for 10 minutes. Handstands, handstand walks, muscle ups, strict muscle ups, whatever you need to work on or ask your coach for suggestions.
