Notice the slight shift of body weight over the balancing arm.

10 minutes Handstand/Handstand Walk practice.

Notes: Try to spend the majority of this time inverted. If you can only get into a handstand against a wall, then try to play with balancing just the wall. If you can freestand, then attempt to walk. If you can walk practice turns. Etc.


For time:
25 Handstand push-ups
50 Toes-to-bar
Run 800 meters
75 pound Push press, 75 reps
150 Double-unders

    Is anybody from the gym doing the NW FireBreather Regionals on Oct. 13-14? I signed up as a volunteer and I’m really hoping there’ll be somebody for me to cheer on!

      I’m totally going to do it. All I need to learn between now and then is muscle ups, double unders, decent burpees, and decent pull ups. No bigs!

      Haha…just kidding but I signed up to volunteer/judge with you if they need more peeps. Could be fun…I need to occupy my time for the next 8 weeks while I try not to eat bratwurst and drink beer. 😉

    The time it took me to do the 75 lb push press portion of this wod was EXACTLY as long as Britney Spears’ song “Oops, I Did It Again.” I wonder if that means anything?
