Skill/Strength: Prowler push
3x 100m prowler push/play with high prowler push verses low prowler push

For time with a partner

300 med. ball squat cleans, every 50 cleans run 400m together.
You and your partner may break up the medicine ball squat cleans anyway you wish…one does ten while one rests etc. But you both must run 400 meters when as a team you have done 50 sq. medicine ball cleans.
