Take 15-20 minutes to work up to a heavy 1-rep Clean and Jerk.
Partner Workout- One partner will complete a full round and will then tag their partner who will then complete one full round. 5 Rounds Each, 10 Total rounds for time of:
5 Clean and Jerks (70% of today’s 1-RM)
30 Double Unders
