Every 3:00, for 15 minutes (5 sets) of:

Back Squat

*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 70% of 1-RM

*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 80%

*Set 3 – 1 rep @ 90%

*Set 4 – 5 reps @ 80-85%

*Set 5 – Max Reps @ 78-80%

(allow only one full breath cycle at the top of each rep)
