Odd: 2-5 Burpee pull-overs
Even: 50’ double kettlebell front rack walking lunge (2×53/35lb, 25’ down and back)
Sub burpee pull-ups, strict as possible
B: 5 Minutes of Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24/20) (AMRAP – Reps)
Not intended to be done facing.
We will do this workout in two heats, with someone counting reps for you so you can focus entirely on your work and not that pesky counting.
