10 Bar facing burpees

30 Calorie Row

Rest 3 minutes between rounds to allow significant recovery. These should be maximal effort sprints.
Choose a weight that is heavy but you can go unbroken. If the row pushes your time on round 1 past 3 minutes, lower the calories by 5 and keep the row under 2 minutes no matter what!
