Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

In teams of 2, 7 minute AMRAP
Partner A does a ladder by 5’s of wallball shots.
Partner B does a ladder by 3’s of deadlift 225/155.
At the end of the 7 minutes, there is a 3 minute rest, then trade stations and repeat the 7 minute AMRAP. One partner works at a time.

Partner A does 5 wallball
Partner B does 3 deadlifts
Partner A does 10 wallball
Partner B does 6 deadlifts
Partner A does 15 wallball
Partner B does 9 deadlifts
Partner A does 20 wallball
Partner B does 12 deadlifts
Repeat this pattern as far as possible.
