“Helen Meets Grace”

Check-in: 9:00 AM; First Heat: 9:30 AM

SIGN UP: Two participants per team, each team member must register at the fundraising page listed above.

Each individual must register at the Barbells for Boobs fundraising page. Registration doesn’t cost anything. Each individual who raises $80 or more in donations to their online fundraising page will be mailed the official 2013 Barbells for Boobs t-shirt.

To participate in the WOD on 10/12, individuals pair up (please select your own teammate prior to event day). Teams check-in and select heat times starting at 9:00 AM on event day, Saturday 10/12.

The workout with a 20 minute time cap is…
“Helen”: 3 rounds of 400M run (completed together), 21 Kettlebells swings (one person working at a time), 12 pull-ups (one person working at a time), then…
“Grace”: 30 Clean and Jerks (one person working at a time)

Event details:
We have a full event planned from competitors racing through “Helen Meets Grace”, to awesome swag and prizes in the raffle, to delicious food from Kilted Cod and Gridiron Grill, and a beer garden at Kilted Dragon Brewing ($1 from every pint until 4pm goes right back to our B4B charity, so drink up or save a cheat point for a cold beer that day)! Fun prizes for the best PINK dressed Team (based on popular vote). Special edition Boise Area B4B’s Men’s shirts and Women’s burnout tanks available for sale, $20/each (limited supply, get yours during the morning check-in, there will be an option to order your shirt at the event and we will run a second printing).
