Mobility:
Butt on the wall/squat with the rack
Ball on the shoulder
Band on the shoulder
Hip bend with the parallel bars

Skill/Strength
Thrusters 5-5-5

WOD:
Partner WOD
15 minute AMRAP
8 Thrusters / 8 Pull ups
400m run
Partner A will work on thrusters and pull ups while Partner B runs. When Partner B returns he/she will pick up where Partner A left off on AMRAP.
