Record score in inches.
If scaling, practice kipping from a deficit or 1rm seated barbell press (feet on floor, sit on the end of bench press bench.
Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)
8 rounds for max reps of:
20 seconds of deadlifts, rest 10 seconds
20 seconds of handstand push-ups, rest 10 seconds
♀ 155 lb. ♂ 225 lb.
Record total deadlifts and total hspu separately.
