1 squat snatch
Score is the sum of successful attempts. Snatch must pass through a full squat to count towards your score. For a missed rep, immediately perform 5 burpees over the bar. You may reattempt within the minute but penalty burpees must be completed before your next lift even if it bleeds into the next minute. Only one lift per minute is counted. Penalty burpees are only taken for a dropped rep, you may reattempt without burpees if you fail to achieve full depth but maintain the bar overhead.
