Minute 2 – 20/15 Calorie Bike
Minute 3 – 50′ Kettlebell Lunge (53’s/35’s)
Minute 4 – 20 AbMat Situps
Minute 5 – 200 Meter Run
You may set up in teams of up to 5, everyone starts at a different station. Make sure you rotate in the same order!
