Death by 10m sprints
Measure out 10m. With a continuously running clock, do one 10m sprint in the first minute, two 10 sprints in the second, three in the third until you cannot complete the entire distance in the minute. Score is the number of completed round plus the laps done in the incomplete round. Ex 17+17 (completed the 17th minute and got 17 laps in the 18th.)
