Find 21 rep max deadlift!
This one is tricky! You want to pick the right for your 21 rep attempt. Too heavy and you won’t make it, too light and you finish the 21 without a real challenge. We will spend some time working on deadlift setup, breathing and ramping up the weight to help you choose your 21 rep attempt. Have fun and cheer everyone on through this one!!
