Partner 1 rows for max calories
Partner 2 does one round of the 8’s, followed by partner 3
8 Squat clean 135/95
8 Bar facing burpee
8 Chest to bar pull-ups
Once both partners finish the 8’s, partner 3 moves to the rower and partner 1 does the 8’s followed by partner 2, then partner 2 moves to the rower and 3 and 1 begin the 8’s. Continue this pattern for 2 minutes.
Score is for calories, and teams add 8 calories for each time a round of 8’s is completed.
