With a running clock:

0-5 minutes: 800m run

5-7 minutes: max reps thrusters 95/65lb

7-10 minutes: rest

10-14 minutes: 600 run

14-17 minutes: max thrusters 135/95lb

17-20 minutes: rest

20-23 minutes: 400m run

23-27 minutes: max thrusters 165/115lb
Rx+ the final round 185/135lb
