We’re looking at setting up a CPR/AED certification at the gym. Likely from 9-11am on a Saturday (we would run an early class beforehand). Let us know what you think.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

As many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes:

50 Double unders

40 Kettlebell swings 53/35lb

30 Wallball shots 20/14lb

20 Box jump over 24/20″

10 Pull-ups

Leapfrog through complete exercises. Partner A does 50 Double unders, partner B does 40 swings, partner A does 30 Wallball shots etc for 30 minutes.
