Second Push Press
In this workout you will cycle through power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, push press, seven times without resting the bar on the floor. You may hold the bar in the hang, on the back or wherever works for you as long as necessary, going touch and go off the floor only. Start light and build over the course of five sets, go for max load in the final round!
Squat clean are NOT allowed. A thruster out of both squats are allowed.
