“21-15-9 Foursquare”

One member sets up at each of 4 stations (db thruster, burpee, med ball clean, rest) and performs 21 reps. Once everyone has finished, rotate to the station to the left and do 21 reps there. After each member has been through each begin on the 15’s and finally the round of 9.
Choose a weight for the thrusters, however I would suggest 35/25.
