This is to be done in teams of 2, one starts on part A and the other on part B. Partner 1 will finish part A first and take their 2 minute rest and begin immediately as partner 2 finishes part B. Partner 2 will take a 2 minute rest before beginning part A.
Both partners will finish at 14:00.
