Those of you participating in the Whole Life Challenge, please plan to meet at the gym at 8:30a this Saturday for the measurements and initial workout test!
Be sure to get your kitchen’s cleared out BEFORE Saturday!

Boise CrossFit – Olympic Lifting/Barbell

1: Barski Snatch (All from hang. Work up to 70% x3reps x5sets)

Barski means 3 reps in a row

2: Snatch Pull (90%x3, 95%x3, 100%x2, 105%x1)

Straps are allowed

3.1: Drop Snatch (No dip. 1-1-1)

This will not be much weight.

3.2: Snatch Balance (With dip. 1-1-1)

This probably won’t be much weight either but it should be more than the drop snatch
