Perform one rep every minute on the minute. Start at 155/105lbs and add 10/5lbs every minute. You are allowed to fail once (not at each weight) and reattempt. After your second miss you are done. Scale to a starting weight which will allow you to get at least 7 minutes deep. Score your best lift.
