From the sidewalk, run out between Walgreen and sonic to the sidewalk. Take a right and run to riverside, stay on the sidewalk. Turn right on riverside. Turn right on strawberry glen. Stay on strawberry glen until glenwood. Turn right in the sidewalk until you pass Walgreens and turn back into the gym before you get to sonic.
