Those of you who show up to class early please get to work on your mobility. Due to time, we will only focus on one or two mobility items during class from now on. You may also work on extra mobility after class if you wish.

20 lunges
20 DB ground to overhead/seated press for those with immature squats.
For those with shoulder issues just squat with dumb bells at your side next to hips or resting
on your shoulders which requires additional stabilization and increased demand.
