Those of you who show up to class early please get to work on your mobility. Due to time we will only focus on one or two mobility items during class from now on. You may also work on extra mobility after class if you wish.

Warm up x3
10 Burpees
10 sit ups
10 DU’s/20 singles

Front Squat 2-2-1-1-1
Those with immature squats, knee and hip replacements/issues will do 2-2-2
Those with knee and hip replacements will only squat to 50 degrees
Those who did back squats on 10-3-12 will work on press 3-3-3

WOD

4 rounds
Front squat at 50% of 1RM for 1 min
rest 90 sec
Row for Cal. for 1min
rest 90 sec
DU’s/ singles for 1 min
rest 90 sec.

Stretch
