Deadlift (4×8 (Every 3 mins))
* Weight can stay the Same across, or go Up each set (not Down!). If you did the 4×10 last week then try going Heavier (MAINTAIN FORM!!!!!!). Go by how you feel and Challenge Yourself !!! *

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
155/105-lb. hang power clean and jerks, 5 reps
5 burpees, jumping over the barbell
