Looking to try CrossFit for the first time? Come to our class at 12:30 on Saturday. We have a workout geared around folks trying to get at idea of what CrossFit is about. Our coaches will lead you through a warmup suited to that WOD and set you up with the appropriate modifications, if any are needed, and make sure you’re able to give it your best shot!
