CrossFit HQ has put together a fundraiser for CrossFit affiliates who have had to close due to the coronavirus. It is free to participate but donations will go 100% to the gym of your choice, workout 1 will be released Friday and all the details are on the link below. You will be able to donate to any gym of your choosing, if any of you come from CrossFit affiliates who are feeling this hard, please direct your donations towards them.

Guessing you saw this coming. We’ve been working toward this test for the last 4 weeks so give it a real effort.
Metcon (No Measure)
Find a lacrosse, base or tennis ball and roll each calf for 2 minutes
Couch stretch for 2 minutes each leg
Sit in saddle for 2 minutes
