14 jumping alternating lunges

Shoulder opener of choice :30/arm

Pigeon :30/leg

Then

Work handstand kick ups-negatives-kipping under control.

Don’t over stress the clock if you’re doing a handstand variation in today’s workout, especially if scaling. Quality over quantity. Shoot to be done in 3-5 sets, or if doing negative, always with enough control to be safe.
