We will be working on a project at the gym from 10-2 today and could use volunteers at any point. Just drop by!
Death by Burpee (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Start a running clock. Do 1 burpee in the first minute. Perform 2 burpees in the second minute. Do three burpees in the third minute. Keep going until you cannot complete all the burpees in the minute.
If you don’t make it past 10, test 3 minutes and start over at 1.
