Odd-object Deadlift

7 sets of 7 reps

Obviously this workout can have wildly different versions depending on what you have available. Shoot for 3-10 reps based on available loading, and if you need to increase reps over the sets instead of weight, that’s a fine option.


Warm-up (No Measure)

3 rounds of

30 mountain climbers

20 single leg rdl (10 r/10 l)

10 Russian baby maker

20 single arm bent over row (light, think gallon of water-10 r/10 l)

30 second Superman hold


10 minutes of l-sit practice
