100 double-unders

21 burpees

75 double-unders

15 burpees

50 double-unders

9 burpees

Time cap: 15 minutes
Scales for the double unders, either because you don’t have doubles or you don’t have a rope, could be single unders, jumping jacks or jump over a line, sideways with feet together
