Warm-up (No Measure)

10 big arm circles (forward and backward)

5 pushup to down dog

20 body weight single leg rdl (total)

:30 bottom off squat hold


5 minutes to practice candlestick, roll back to candlestick, then roll back and back to feet and finally inverted burpees. If you can do free standing handstands, great. If you need a wall assist, great. If you just want to make shallow attempts at kicking both feet off the ground that’s good too.
